On a more personal level, she resides in Plainville with her husband, Chris, is a proud mom to Zachary, a Linden Street School student, and dog mom to two golden retrievers.  She rarely misses the early morning class at A|M Fitness, enjoys participating in obstacle course races and is a 6x Tough Mudder, has completed several half marathons, and beach or mountains, is a lover of anywhere outdoors.  She spends her down time being surrounded by family and friends as much as possible!

Jesse attended Our Lady of Mercy School in Plainville and is a 1992 graduate of St. Paul CHS. He began his work in the funeral profession in 2014. Jesse became a Certified Life Celebrant in 2018. He claims that completing Life Celebrant training was one of the most motivating, emotional, difficult and satisfying things he has ever accomplished in his life.

Jesse has been involved in numerous community organizations including Plainville Little League, Plainville Colts Football, Rotary Club of Plainville, and the Plainville Chamber of Commerce. Jesse has also served as a Justice of the Peace, on the Board of Education and is currently a member of the Plainville Town Council.

Jesse’s son Ben attends Plainville High School. He lives with his significant other, Tammy, her daughter Cassidy and their rescue dogs, Skip, Blue and Fen. They enjoy traveling together, getting in the kitchen to cook dinner and simply watching football. Jesse also enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors, working in the yard, hiking, playing golf or just walking the dogs at Norton Park.

About the Home:

During the design phase, Wasley knew she wanted a welcoming environment that would be spacious and able to be navigated conveniently, so having a single story facility was a must.

As Plainville’s only locally owned funeral home, she wanted to enhance the hometown feel, and felt that naming the suites after two of the towns frequently visited parks would be the perfect way to do just that. The Trumbull Suite, with a capacity of a little over one hundred, will meet the needs of families who prefer funeral home services that will accommodate large number of guests.  This suite also features a web cam, allowing families to either record services onto a DVD as a keepsake or to send to any out of state relatives who may not have been able to attend.  The camera will also allow services to be viewed on the the large flat screen in the Norton Suite in the event that additional seating is necessary.

The Norton Suite has a capacity of just over 50 people, and is intended for more intimate gatherings.
