The proud recipient of the 2018 Kristian Jensen, Jr. Memorial Beautification Award from the Plainville Economic Development Agency, Wasley knew during the design phase that she wanted a welcoming environment that would be spacious and able to be navigated conveniently. The single story facility, with a bright, open, spa-like foyer are appreciated and complimented frequently.

As Plainville’s only locally owned funeral home, she wanted to enhance the hometown feel, and felt that naming the suites after two of the towns frequently visited parks would be the perfect way to do just that. The Trumbull Suite, with a capacity of a little over one hundred, will meet the needs of families who prefer funeral home services that will accommodate large number of guests.  This suite also features a web cam, allowing families to either record services onto a DVD as a keepsake or to send to any out of state relatives who may not have been able to attend.  The camera will also allow services to be viewed on the the large flat screen in the Norton Suite in the event that additional seating is necessary. 

The Norton Suite has a capacity of just over 50 people, and is intended for more intimate gatherings.
