Pauline Marie (Nadeau) Bouchard, 72 of Plainville, passed away with her beloved family by her side on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Hartford Hospital. She was the wife of Alphe Bouchard, with whom she shared 53 wonderful years.
Born and raised in Fort Kent, ME, she was one of five daughters to the late Ludger and Germaine (Labbe) Nadeau. She met the love of her life, Al shortly after relocating to Connecticut, and settled in Plainville where they raised their daughter and became loving and devoted grandparents. Pauline was a retiree of Allstate Insurance, where she worked for many years as a claims processor. She enjoyed making annual trips back to her hometown, enjoying the beauty of Eagle Lake and visiting with her family and friends. The matriarch of her family, she will be missed beyond words and fondly remembered.
In addition to her husband, she leaves her daughter Vicki DiTolla, her husband Chris and their daughters, Kayla, Lyndsey and Emma; her sisters, Patricia Nadeau, Joyce Nadeau, Gail Rice and her husband Doug and Norma Lawler and her husband Gary; along with many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 94 Broad St, Plainville. The family will greet guests upon their arrival.
