Margaret Murphy

Margaret Murphy, beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister and friend, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020, joining her lifelong love and best friend, Michael Puglise in eternal rest.

Born in New Haven on September 7, 1964, she was one of six children to Barbara Ann (Howard) Murphy of Hamden and Thomas W. Murphy of Winter Haven, FL.  Margaret was an outdoors enthusiast, having spent much of her time hiking, camping, gardening and fulfilling her love for the ocean with frequent trips to the Connecticut shoreline. Remembered for her nurturing nature and kind spirit, she will be missed dearly.

Margaret leaves her three children, Christina Sanchez, Andrea and Michael Nocera; her grandchildren, Jesse, Kai and Kaylee; her siblings, Thomas, Cassidy, Robert, Catherine, and Christopher Murphy; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, Margaret may be remembered with contributions to the Bridge Community Church, 43 School St, Bristol, CT 06010.
