Areanna Faiola

Areanna Faiola, 88, of Plainville, CT passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, August 17, 2019.

Areanna was born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, the youngest of ten children to the late James and Lennie (Cantrell) Casey. She and Bruno settled in Plainville where they raised their two children.  Areanna lived her life simply, as a loving mother and devoted aunt who enjoyed being surrounded by her large extended family. She leaves a legacy of love and admirable strength and many cherished memories.

She will be missed by her son; James Faiola and his girlfriend, Sandra Chamberlin, her daughter; Area Susan Faiola, her sister; Tessie DiPasquale, her “second daughter” Cecy, and her many nieces and nephews. She is now reunited with her loving husband, Bruno Faiola who predeceased her in 2003, and her eight siblings.

Family and friend may gather on Friday, August 23, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Plainville Funeral Home, 81 Broad St. Plainville. Words of Remembrance will be shared at 12:00 p.m.
